Казань признали третьей столицей России

Как сообщил РБК официальный представитель мэрии города, Казани переданы исключительные права на наименования "третья столица России", "третья столица", "третий город России", "третий город", "Russia third capital".

Это ли не удивительно! :))))
А идея хорошая - отранжировать все города и называть их "деревня Буртасы, 8243-я столица России".

I think they do that simply because by being a 3rd Kazan claims that it is better and more important than other big cities like Novosibirsk or Samara and so on. Perhaps it brings some federal benefits or just helps to attract more tourists.
BTW Kazan is already the capital number 1 of Tatarstan Republic!

It would be fun: a country of capitals. I suggest to patent this idea. One of the smaller countries could adopt this idea :)
